The Island of Ischia covers a surface of 39 square km. It has a population of 50.000 inhabitants, that during the summertime become 300.000.
It is situated at 33 km far from the main land and can be easly reached by ferry boats and hydrofoils leaving from the harbours of Naples and Pozzuoli to the three ports situated on the island.
